The Gerrard-Carlaw North site consists of one site which has been designated for TOC use.  The site will be developed in line with the stated objectives of the TOC program.

The future growth potential for Gerrard-Carlaw North site is dependent on a planned transit station that will serve the surrounding neighborhood with connections to streetcar and subway service along the Ontario Line. The proposed Gerrard Station site will add more housing and retail space for businesses as well as significant parkland. 

Community input is a key component of TOC and took place in fall 2022 and winter 2023.
