The High Tech Station site consists of two sites, both of which has been designated for TOC use. The site will be developed by the Province in line with the stated objectives of the TOC program.

The proposed complete, mixed-use community TOC integrated with High Tech Station will be served by the future Yonge North Subway Extension service to Richmond Hill, GO regional service, VIVA Rapid Transit and the encompassing major highways.

Community input is a key component of TOC and took place in Fall 2021.
